Working Process & Components

Die Cutting & First Fold: This is the sheet mask die cut device and the first fold mechanism which folds the mask accurately in half.
Secondary Folding: The second fold device ensures the mask is folded to the required dimensions for bagging.
Final Folding: The third fold device completes the folding process before the mask enters the packaging pouch.
Triple Side Sealing: The heat sealing device seals the three sides of the mask packaging bag with precision.
Bag Opening & Filling: These devices handle bag opening, mask insertion, and the precise addition of essence liquid.
Top Sealing & Printing: Final heat sealing of the top, date printing, and delivery of the finished facial mask products.
