1. Precision Filling: The filling system uses an electronic magnetic wheel pump (magnetic gear pump) and a special one-way valve to ensure that the filling accuracy can be controlled within ±0.3g. With long-term use, it saves customers a lot of essence costs and is easy to clean.
2. Versatile Guide Groove: The filling to sealing guide groove adopts an extended arc structure, which is compatible with softer facial mask bags with a length of 220mm. The guide groove can be adjusted to a minimum of 80mm and is compatible with eye mask bags, which expands the versatility of the device. There is no need to add any additional "soft bag device", and the sealing is beautiful and smooth, and the embossed characters are clear.
3. Teflon Coated Mold: The sealing mold can be easily interchanged with word grains, embossed code (production date) and non-encrypted code. The surface of the sealing mold is coated with "Teflon" material. Use film bags of any material to avoid poor sealing caused by adhesive.
4. Sanitary Construction: The filling nozzle and all parts in contact with the material body are made of 316L stainless steel, and adopt a no-dead-angle structure to ensure that the essence is residue-free, safe and hygienic. The sealing part between the filling nozzle and the filling plug uses a special sealing ring to avoid long-term use where high-frequency friction creates gaps and causes essence to drip.
