Liquid Wash Mixer adopts stainless steel, scientific homogenizing system, reasonable scraper blending to ensure equivalent homogenizing and make product more smooth, even and bright.
Key Features
Advanced Scraper Blending: Equipped with an electric scraper blending system, the PTPE (F4) composite plate correctly conforms to the boiler surface to eliminate sticking materials. Offers stepless speed adjustment ranging from 0 to 60rpm.
Bottom Homogenizer: Positioned at the bottom to ensure thorough and uniform material homogenization, even under smaller production capacities.
Recycled Water Cooling Sealing System: Configured to work continuously for long durations, resolving homogenization issues related to highly viscous ingredients.
Frequency Conversion Controller: Adjusts processing speeds to handle complex cosmetic formulations (Emulsifying capacity: 3 times per minute). An upper homogenizer is available as an option to enhance blending and achieve a brighter product appearance.
