Q1. Can we get free samples?
Yes. All of our samples are free and customers just need to cover the freight cost. You can do freight collect, or pay the delivery cost to our account.
Q2. Can we do printing on the bottles?
Sure, you can. Various printing methods are available, such as silk screen printing, hot stamping, and silver printing. We can also provide frosting, color spraying, decal polishing, plating, and label stickers.
Q3. What is the normal lead time?
For stock products, we send goods within 3-5 days. For mass production, lead time is about 30 days. For new moulds, it takes 15 days to open and make samples.
Q4. What are your shipping terms?
For samples or trial orders: EMS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS. For larger orders, we arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirements.
Q5. What is the MOQ?
1,000-5,000 pcs for bottles in stock; 10,000 pcs for mass production goods. We accept mixed orders.
Q6. How do you control the quality?
We make samples before bulk production. After approval, we begin production. We perform 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing, including taking pictures.
