Cap-feeding by Servo Motor
Adopts servo motor for cap-feeding chain, which not only reducing noise, but also avoid cap-stuck.
Profiled Screw Rod Feeding
The screw drive follows the main drive, whose angle can be set via touch screen to make it match with the starwheel. Integrated sensor for "no bottle, no capping".
Precision Cap-dividing
Customized by cap shape. Only the parts contacting the cap need to be changed for different diameters, ensuring efficient modular transition.
Servo Capping Control
Each capping head is controlled by one servo motor. Closed loop control ensures precise torque modification via HMI.
Template Changing System
Made of PP and designed by bottle shape. Stabilizes positioning and prevents scratching while allowing quick changeover.
Unqualified Product Rejection
Dual-conveyor with sensors automatically splits unqualified products (no cap, no inner tube, tilted cap) to another conveyor.
