Through the high-speed rotation of a serrated dispersing disc, it generates intense shear forces and turbulence, enabling rapid depolymerization, refinement, and uniform distribution of materials.

Working Principle

Circulation and Vortex:
The high-speed rotation of the dispersing disk causes the slurry to form a rolling annular flow, and the surface particles spiral down to the bottom of the vortex.

A turbulent zone is formed at 2.5-5 mm from the edge of the dispersing disk, where the material is subjected to strong shear and impact.
